Come and join us at the South Quay in an Open Air Worship time in the format of a Songs of Praise. All ages are welcome.

The singing will be led by a group of young musicians and singers.

Pond Life in Close-Up
Pembroke Mill Ponds at Barnards Tower

Collect pond life and look at it under the microscope.

Pembroke’s Hidden Gems - Art Competition
Pembroke Town Hall

Draw, paint, sketch, or make a collage of your “hidden gem” in or around Pembroke.

All artwork to be completed on the day by 4pm and will be judged at 5pm by local artists and exhibited in the Town Hall all week.

Prizes for each category:

  • Adults over 18
  • Young people aged 13-18
  • Children aged 5-8
  • Children aged 8-13

Winners’ work will be used as posters for 2007 Pembroke Festival.

Entry fees - Adults £5 - Children and concessions £3 - to include instructions, paper/ art board, work board.

Mexican Fiesta at the Cornstore
North Quay

Come and try tasty dishes whilst enjoying the Quayside festivities!

The Cornstore fiesta will include: Mexican street food, party games and costumes, children’s activities, Smash the Piñata!

A Walk through Holyland Wood
Meet at Holyland Wood, Kingsbridge Entrance

Take a walk around Holyland Wood with Mill Ponds Warden John Hayes, to observe the wonderful variety of bird life and biodiversity of this special site now being regenerated as community woodland.

South Quay
An outdoor party with live music from some of the best local bands including Legless, Brown Stripes, Cobalt and Rainkings

Come and enjoy our medieval feast with music from Heather Dale, a Canadian Modern Celtic singer and songwriter.
